Equipping you to lead your church or organization in becoming a community of spiritual transformation

How does a church or ministry become a community where people experience transformation just by being a part of it? How can you develop a strategic approach to spiritual formation in your setting?

It begins with your own personal transformation as a leader but it doesn't end there; it is cultivated intentionally by leaders who are committed to an ongoing process of transformation in their personal lives and in their life together. It is led by leaders who understand that becoming a Transforming Church™ (or ministry organization) is not primarily about programs; it is, first of all, a culture shift that emanates from the leadership center and results in the ability to develop strategic alignment and focus.

In this two-year follow-up to the Transforming Community®, Dr. Ruth Haley Barton, the Transforming Center team along with guest presenters will guide you in taking next steps on your own spiritual journey and equip you to lead your church or ministry in becoming a community of spiritual transformation.
