Receive academic credit when you complete the Transforming Community program

The Transforming Center has a partnership with Northern Seminary (Lombard, IL) to provide participants with the opportunity to receive academic credit for their completion of the Transforming Community®. The following Northern Seminary programs are available:

Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Transformation

In addition to participation in the Transforming Community, students take three courses on Northern's campus in Lombard, IL and complete doctoral-level coursework in conjunction with each retreat in the Transforming Community. Master's Specialization in Spiritual Transformation

This program provides masters-level credit for work completed through the Transforming Community. The credit can become a Masters Specialization, also referred to as a Graduate Certificate, or it can be transferred into any degree program offered by Northern Seminary or any other seminary accredited by the Association of Theological Schools. In addition to participation in the Transforming Community, students complete masters-level coursework in conjunction with each retreat in the Transforming Community along with ministry field work. Certificate in Spiritual Transformation

This program provides certificate-level credit for work completed through the Transforming Community. The credit cannot be transferred to any other program at Northern nor any other school. In addition to participation in the Transforming Community, students complete certificate-level coursework in conjunction with each retreat in the Transforming Community. The certificate program is available to students who want the value of deeper understanding and interaction around the topic of spiritual transformation, but do not desire masters or doctoral credit. Earn a post graduate degree for less
